Thanks to Nigel and family for an enjoyable event on the relatively flat area that is Beresfield. Nigel would like to warn other setters of an error inducing possibility that led to a road being moved (on the map obviously) such that it appeared that it did not link up to the main road and access looked impossible. This was created accidentally when adjusting the map for control insertion. Be careful.

NOY4 - Gymea Gullies Tuesday, 25 May 2010 The fourth round of the Newcastle Orienteer of the Year (NOY) series was contested on the Gymea Gullies map north of Cooranbong on Sunday. This area is predominantly spur gully with enough vegetation to lessen visibility but not hinder progress through it too much.
